Thinking about building a Plexiglas drum shield...?

I have a 4'x8' piece of Plexiglas that's 3/4" thick.I'm going to cut it into 4- 2'x4' sheets for a drum shield. I don't know what kind of hinges to use to mount them together. I was thinking about a Continious Living Hinge but cant find any for the glass that is this thick and they are not sold at my local hardware store (Lowes, Home Depot). Any suggestions??

How about a piano hinge. These can be any length. They attach to one side of the plexiglass with screws and nuts of most any size you want to use. Google piano hinge.
